No employee benefits, micro management. Sometimes felt like there is no work life balance, may be due to client. Some times happened to work 12 hrs a day.

Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..
