Team is supporting in nature. Higher level authority are very friendly and not much pressure on employees. Also free healthy food and unlimited coffe tea are there.

As a fresher I didn't see any thing bad till now. But compensation and promotion wise it's not good. I am always scared of job security here.

Everything is completely depends on client like hike promotion work culture.

...males on LOP post delivery even though they have excellent performance history. They will pay only if they earning from client by dumping in hands of clients. They never support for motherhood. especially after six of maternity pay they simply force you to resign.

...ood hike while switching. Higher management and HR are reachable and supportive. Salary on time.

The work environment is worse. The work-life balance is not present here and my manager used to calculate weekends for the sprint planning like I have to be available on weekends. You will not get praised for the work you have done if it is like you have pulled something that was looking impossible earlier within some nearly impossible timeline.

My team members were really supportive and talented. I got a good manager who came from SDE background himself. His team management skills were very nice. No micro-management and no over burdening the team with work. Team leads were very technically sound and supportive. All related sub-team members were really nice, talented and supportive. No office politics at all. This is as good as one could expect from a team.

During salary hike, I got exceeded ratings from manager and team leads, but that year's hikes were halted because of Covid-19. And within that 1 year lock-down, this company went on buying almost 8-10 competition companies. But they didn't had money for salary revises. 1 year later, all employees got 10% hike without any discussion, even if someone performed really extraordinary. This company changed it's name 2 times within 1.5 years. I wonder why. Initially it's name was "Indecomm Global Services", then "Indecomm Digital Services". Also, on my last working day there, I had to sign an agreement which prohibits me from publicly defaming the company in case of any dispute.
