There is actually nothing to like about this company. Nothing at all. It's all bad. The only okay thing is that there isn’t much work to do. But that’s also bad because it means there’s no chance to learn or get better at your job.

Dislikes

... you work even then. Leaving the job is a nightmare. They harass you, don’t give your certificates on time, and hold back your salary. They force you to work extra days. It’s mean and unfair. Don’t join EmpoweringCPO unless it’s the absolute last option, and even then, think twice. It’s a trap. Once you’re in, it’s almost impossible to get out and find a better job.

Working with EmpoweringCPO was a good learning experience. Every assignment and project is different and hence it challenges you to bring out the best in you. I gained experience of working with some of the Fortune 500 companies and learnt new tools and methodologies.

Every day is a learning experience, opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies based in USA, UK, UAE and Germany, it is a great exposure you get. No other company will provide such an experience to Freshers.

Every day is a challenge, you can rise a lot if you are focused and dedicated and if you are able to delight your client. You are thrust will plenty of responsibilities, though I do not dislike this, but in a way is good for me. A great learning culture.

It is a great organization if you really want to learn, I think the only measure of growth in any job is the learning that you are able to achieve, if you are learning every day, you will easily grow both monetarily as well as intellectually. Large companies will never give you the kind of learning opportunities that are available at EmpoweringCPO.

A good working culture one can ask for , employee friendly policies . I must say one will be offered good policies if the request is genuine, otherwise it is hard to negotiate. I am currently working in this company from over 3 years , it went so quickly , felt like yesterday. Overall if you want to make your career in procurement domain , this is the best company for you to start your career with the genuine guidance , you will feel empowered
