While working in Emcure Pharmaceuticals I have gained personal growth in terms of knowledge and experience. The working environment is so positive and all the co workers are very friendly. The management is very helpful and encouraging.

... of mistakes as a freshman increases. We learn from our mistakes and experience. Initial salary as a freshman is also below average but it catches up with time.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Good job security. Nice about salary hike and promotion. Work environment is good. Learning for beginners is good. No or little pressure of work.

Learning and adaptation of new things is very much slow.
