No Job security and high politics after joining Pratin Vete, Samar Ghosh, Asish Maheswari and HR Prabin Suratgar is not playing his Human Resources rolls and responsibility, he is not verifying candidates contribution, only listing higher 2 to 3 management's word... And finally Samar Ghosh was a biased person... Due to him company losses many good employees...

Company is very good like doctors service, employees salary structure, products quality and efficacy ... But some of the management people doing huge politics and because of them many good candidates left Emcure...

Product are Good and Appreciate by Coustomers. CFA and Supply chain is Very Good.

...ed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement. Reporting Manager Said To wave off Notice period and Said HR to Deduct My salary.HR Deducted My One month salary.And Again Raised Due amount On me.This is culture of Emcure. 4) My Manager Took Incentive With help of NSM and PMT, Raising Faulty Queries.

Nothing is good, only earning salary,incentive and increment are not so good. Only get 6% Hike after delivering 116% ytd per annum. Not get the incentive in the name of profitability issue. False statement and commitments given to the DRs and team members. Worst experience ever please don't join this organization.
