If teammates are good you will face good experience or else it will be hell. Projects will keep on changing so for freshers it will be confused. Couldn't learn much.

Embitel provides environment to learn and implement changes as per the latest technology. very friendly environment to work with.

Compensation is decent, the work pressure some times goes high, which is acceptable.

1. It’s is tier 2 supplier to CARIAD Germany with no direct connection or legal entity status, meaning it can be shut down at any time. CARIAD Germany treats it as just another external supplier. 2. The work is fragmented across teams on just in testing topics and low quality sw development , with little cohesion. 3. HR onboarding is poorly managed, there is no structured process , training or essential information provided to new employee. Arrogant HR recruiter and team are arrogant even compare to management . They are looks more arrogant then top management. 4. Multiple roles exists , but there is no clarity on responsibility or expectations for each. All do the same. 5. Office infra is subpar , with broken desk, insuffient lighting , an inadequate pantry or canteen, inefficient floor design and insufficient IT resources- no having a proper plug points on desk. They could leases in better place for better employee benefits. 6. There is lack of professionalism and poor communication. The Volkswagen brand is only a name on paper here, Management should focus on building a strong team and cluture rather relying solely on the VW name. Spend some money to improve infra. It’s 2025! A small cafe has better infra and resource!

Don't fall prey to the word of " group of VW" or CARIAD ets. Culture, Management is egoistic they don't tolerate your good suggestions. Inspite of promotion, you can be considered for improvement plan and can be thrown out. Upto you to take a risk, but your risk appetite will be murdered once you join this company.

No work load, you are not over pressurised, leaves are ample, no work hour stretching, no peer to peer competition

Dislikes

No proper management strategy, No proper projects in pipeline, No technical uplifting and knowledge growth, CARIAD IS DIFFERENT BU, you cant move there so don’t fall prey to that, VW projects are not there so being a part of VW group makes no help. OVERALL YOU MUST TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE OTHER GOOD OFFERS
