The salary was always on time.

No work-life balance. No work management, managers call you in night and ask you to complete the task then. The top management were way over there heads and did not consider about their employees much. In 33 months of my time with the organisation I couldn't see a culture in this organisation.

I have been working from home since I have started. So the best thing for me about this company is the flexible work time. If you have really enjoyed solving problems during school and college time then this job is for you!!!

No extra benefits for content researchers other than salary but the handsome amount of salary compensates for that.

...force people to give 5 star reviews to their app and manipulate the market data. They have one sided contract , where they only pay if they feel and make people do free work, either by modifying/creating rules or by forcing uat team to reject ids by giving some irrelevant comments. And region bias is too much there while selection.

This company only wants their employees to work but they will never appreciate or pay the deserving amount.

Sometimes there will be too much work and sometimes no work at all. All the priority tasks are made to be done during an off of holiday.

...ially in my department partiality is going on, one set of group is made to grow. I used to work more than 13 hrs per day for variable salary and it is not upto the mark. People comes in and go out soon from the company.

There is no encouragement for the good work. This company need a good management, PM's and team lead.
