It is tough to be polite but I will try. As an organization it is not having proper process. Even insourcing is done telling permanent position and after taking all rounds of interview they informed that they are taking resources only on contract. Just passed outs are managers, and they force things on people and does not look like a professional organization. They force people to give 5 star reviews to their app and manipulate the market data. They have one sided contract , where they only pay if they feel and make people do free work, either by modifying/creating rules or by forcing uat team to reject ids by giving some irrelevant comments. The salary was always on time.

No work-life balance. No work management, managers call you in night and ask you to complete the task then. The top management were way over there heads and did not consider about their employees much. In 33 months of my time with the organisation I couldn't see a culture in this organisation.

I have been working from home since I have started. So the best thing for me about this company is the flexible work time. If you have really enjoyed solving problems during school and college time then this job is for you!!!

No extra benefits for content researchers other than salary but the handsome amount of salary compensates for that.

It was my first Job. Was learning a lot and was earning a lot 😂 considering it was my first ever job. The job of content researcher at the company at that time was very stress-free and satisfying as it allowed me to work at my convenience time and in my own environment.

But in the end, the company stopped assigning us to work without any prior notice saying that work will resume after two months after a month I came to know from some other sources that the management is lying to us and there is no work for us. I mean what was the harm in just coming clean with these details? So unprofessional.

This company only wants their employees to work but they will never appreciate or pay the deserving amount.

Sometimes there will be too much work and sometimes no work at all. All the priority tasks are made to be done during an off of holiday.

The HR when hiring make very tall claims. Since content researcher is a variable pay position, they tell you that you can easily earn more than 70k. It is nowhere close to being true. It maybe a good place for fixed pay people, I don't know, but for a variable pay employee, it is not a good place. A lot of people leave after being in the company for a short while.
