...his company always force you come in celebration even you are not interested. The language manager is used is that, if you not in the celebration then you will pay for this. If you join this company 100 % you become in stress.

Work is not properly defined at senior level. Lack of internal trainings for new technology or work. You need to work by Ur own to upgrade yourself.

For a fresher, this is a great place to work. You will learn as per Industry level work nothing more nothing less. Seniors are very helpful.

Do not stay in the company for a long time stay only for 3 years not above. you will get a perfect salary hike but as per the salary, your work will not be justified. Also, you will get promoted in the papers only but it has nothing to do with your work. Suppose you have joined as a support engineer after 3 years you get a promotion to consultant. But work will be as a support engineer. A fresher is doing the same job as you. After 3 years there will be no difference between you and a fresher. Opportunities are very very less.
