...his company always force you come in celebration even you are not interested. The language manager is used is that, if you not in the celebration then you will pay for this. If you join this company 100 % you become in stress.

..., working in Kolkata IB office all are good lots of opportunities for learning . You will get extra allowances additionally which is apart from salary , I was also surprised .

Work is not properly defined at senior level. Lack of internal trainings for new technology or work. You need to work by Ur own to upgrade yourself.

In Embee, the HR person who was managing my candidature, Ms. Heena Kazi was a very helpful lady and she made sure everything regarding my salary & exit policies went smoothly. I worked under Wipro project whose team and managers were not that supportive but the Client Indigo Airlines for which I worked for, were very helpful and it was a great learning experience for me considering it was my 1st job.

Dislikes

I was on the Payroll of Embee, but reporting to Wipro managers as it was their project. My reporting manager in Wipro was not at all a team person and would never appreciate our work nor he would bother to call us and check upon us if we had any issues.

Company work culture is too good.. managers have good behaviour and co operative.

Dislikes

Yearly appraisals is to lease and promotion is rarely happen. Also if got promoted your salary will not affect based on your position or promotion.
