Without discussing the company deducted 50% of monthly salary and impliment it for upcoming monts as well. some of the employ lost there job some got delayed salary.. without any intimation.

Salary on time. Every allowance you will get. No language barrier. No work pressure. Loyal towards their employees.

Dislikes

Work is not properly defined at senior level. Lack of internal trainings for new technology or work. You need to work by Ur own to upgrade yourself.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
