...any new idea , there is no one to listen. There is no appraisal since 4-5 years. I was not getting salary since 5-6 month , There is very poor management management behave likes boss , there is nothing about leadership.

Nothing at all although supporting staff was good by nature and brand value is quite helpful to get another job.

Dislikes

Firstly, there is no salary on time it is almost around delayed subsequently for 2 month and also higher authority had no knowledge about business which is most likely reason of zero fund. Secondly, there is no software for anything people have to work manually well really we are in 21st century and company had no money to implement software in basic aspects. Thirdly , there is no helping you in this firm any employee is at their on and salary as well as TADA and full and final delayed for many months also company is at vatva infrastructure is dull and canteen is not there.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Over all good👍

oTHER DIVISION AS LIKE STEEL ,FURNACE YO BIKE ARE VERY GOOD

nO DOUBT ELECTROTHERM IS VERY BIG GROUP BUT SOLAR DIVISION OF THIS GROUP IS VERY POOR . NO FIX TIME FOR SALARY SALARY COMES AFTER 2 MONTHS .CONVEYENCE COMES AFTER 304 FOUR MONTHS . ALSO JOB IS UNSECURE. THEY NEVER DO F&F OF ANY EMPLOYEE
