Dislikes

Same policy should be there for head office and site office employees. And there should be health insurance for the entire family. At the time of new joining, HR should provide some welcome kit or tell about the company. There should be an induction meeting.

Dislikes

All employees are working with their optimum strength. So Employer will listen both party discussion / points in case any incident happens within an organisation. It has been seen that after employment of Top management, they blaim to honest employees because of only he wants employment of their own team. In this case, only employer will be sufferer and they understand after few days. So, employer and HR should understand and discuss with both party, not to listen only top management words.
