...you really wanna work just forget about your family, friends and proper sleep. Company policies are good but there isn't much incentive for ground staff or salary increments after appraisals. Politics is always at its peek like any other industry just make your seniors happy and work as much as they want so that they could rest.

I like salary hike and other benefits company providing to employee.

working place is not good, less facilities like infrastructure, and other things no fans on power cuts no glass door open like a small shop and less area to handle daily stock

As per industry norms Logistics sector is a challenging work but still this company dominating many competitor by giving bonus & extra favour on salary for the delivery boys.

Everything is best at all in flipkart but company need to improve the tech changes to make work simple and easy for delivery boys(like one touch solution in kirana operations, transparency).
