The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. Job security and carrier growth is very good and i got first promotion within 2.5 years. Travel policy also fair, Work environment is pretty flexible. lots of innovation and achieved cent% company desired target in some parameters.

Dislikes

Only dislike one point in reward and recognition side its too poor ..As per work load and experience they not willing to pay sufficient...

Please balance with old or new employee. You have to pay the new employee of higher salary like new rate of card and your old empleyee working less salary of against of new employee. Which are created the issue of old employee mind and this is the best reasone to move on another platform. Sorry to say.....

Process, Leadership, On time salary, 2 wk off in alternate week.

Dislikes

Slow system, Longer waiting time for a request. Slow decision making, slow work results. Lesser focus on hubs. Long work hours. Avg 12 hours per day or more. 1 wk off in alternate week. No increment of ground level employees. Few grades had no increment since 2 year inspite of getting EE rating.
