Please balance with old or new employee. You have to pay the new employee of higher salary like new rate of card and your old empleyee working less salary of against of new employee. Slow system, Longer waiting time for a request. Slow decision making, slow work results. Lesser focus on hubs. Long work hours. Avg 12 hours per day or more. 1 wk off in alternate week. No increment of ground level employees. Few grades had no increment since 2 year inspite of getting EE rating.

... as offroll as vendors have no respect, onroll's behavior is not good with them. And those who join here as offroll have no future of work, no promotion, work at the same salary year after year, no salary increment. Those who join in offroll have to have dehring rehearing every month, there is no job security. As a result, everyone's work mentality has deteriorated here. Everyone just comes to work looking for something to cheat and go home because everyone knows that no matter how much I work, I will be dehired.
