...of politics and the management doesn’t address or even acknowledge any issues. The career growth is decent but salary increase is way too slow! The notice period during busy season is way much.

Good company with amazing VP-Operations (Mumbai). Good people and excellent pay.

Dislikes

Last moment work inflow and too dominating, mouthy and intolerable Team Lead and that too TL just to handle two people is a waste of money and assets to the company.

I don't like anything about this company, hyderabad is nice place, but mumbai folks makes you feel like, you are working under them

I don't like the senior manager at our location, he acts as if he owns the company

Management not adequately knowledgeable or skilled for us advanced or even basic accounting. Juniors prepare despite claiming to be qualified CAs ,trashy means really trashy tax returns,wrong high loss making client tax liabilities .No desire to upskill their staff .

Likes

Company has weird policy of leaves during busy season. Late night slogging is a must if you choose Eisner Amper.

Dislikes

Resources are not managed effectively & efficiently Employees be it fresher or experienced are experienced to work 55-60 hours effectively per week during busy season
