Company hides the fact that , we have to attend additional interviews and crack a client even after joining. If anable to secure a client the company will fire the employee right away. This company has also fired employees after 1 month of joining, quoting issues like bussiness model probem, financial crunch, not at all caring that people leave previous jobs to join. I have personally been victim of this, so I request everyone to please reconsider before joining, don't fall for lucarative offer and timing decide carefully.
