Excellent Perks. Competitive Salary. Stay is luxurious hotels. Air Travel every week (not in other consultancy firms). Freedom to spend daily allowance ( good amount). Small Organization, great to learn, Super Supportive People.

Dislikes

Travel is hectic (like other consultancy firms). If bad luck (I guess), you might get a not supportive Team / Manager. However, channels are present to address grievances. Work Load depends on project and YOUR SKILL of how you manage things. Be smart in working.

The salary and benefits are better than most firms of comparable size. The management genuinely listens to the employee grievances and takes decisions.

The work life balance is average. Being on the move constantly takes a toll on personal life and health.

...lton gave a very tough time during that period and would not approve the leaves. I was even willing to take a leave without pay, but Devil that she is was not willing to have conversation around it. Eventually I had to resign considering the mental torture that Devil was. The HRs of the company Claire and Geetanjali are mere puppets at the behest of the Evil Devil. White color favouritism takes precedence over Employee well-being for these HRs. Message for new joiners/interviewers: if you are going to be part of Devils team, watch your step. You may be in her firing line anytime soon. Message for the CEO: India attained its independence from British in 1947. 75+ years on, It seems you still are a slave and don’t have the guts to do the right thing.

Overall a good experience for a boutique consulting firm. The benefits are good and you get to work with consultants across the world (cross cultural environment)

Dislikes

The appraisal does not happen on time and also salary disparity is huge. It would not be surprising to find a person reporting to you earn more than you.

The books of accounts are in total mess. The expect people to clear clutter of past 4 years; just because now the company is going for due diligence and it wants to raise funds via private equity funding.
