Company hides the fact that , we have to attend additional interviews and crack a client even after joining. If anable to secure a client the company will fire the employee right away. This company has also fired employees after 1 month of joining, quoting issues like bussiness model probem, financial crunch, not at all caring that people leave previous jobs to join. I have personally been victim of this, so I request everyone to please reconsider before joining, don't fall for lucarative offer and timing decide carefully....Read More

Great place to work, don't expect to work overtime or fix meetings outside of working hours, good pay

Dislikes

You are expected to complete tasks you were hired to do in time required time frame, so no real negetive so far

It's night shift but gets over at 3:30 and for a lot at 12 AM

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
