The best thing is that I have learn that how to deal with administrative officers and worked with district officers and balanced everything.

Time Management there is no time for family because sometimes we worked more than our daily office time more than 14-16 hours or somedays 18 hours.

In all above listed parameters the company is terrible. This itself is a constructive feedback to the company. How it is going to change itself from terrible to good is left to yeh company that too if it wants to. No amount of constructive feedback is going to change the feedback. All of it is on deaf ears.
