The management is extremely empathetic and the company has a culture of recognising employees strengths and nurturing it. There is a lot of freedom to express opinions and the management is receptive to feedback. Zero office politics. Great place to work

Everything expect work life balance . So much Office politics , favouritism, no appraisal, no promotion, even they are deducting employee and employers fund from their employee’s salary , work pressure, Tl is also not supportive
