No work pressure, seniors are good,

Low salary , Saturday working , sandwich holiday policy , strict working hours , only 12 leaves in a year is given , and 6 medical leaves which is also half paid., tea served is very bad , toilets are not clean , no work from home ,

Although they promise huge benifits but neither they have budget nor they releive employees easily. With me they Publically made me stand infront of the whole office and humiliated for leaving the company.

It's ok if they terminate you but if you try to leave they will make you pay heck in a public manner. Not recommended untill you want a slow career growth in terms of finances as they don't have funds.

Nothing is happening for liking.

Dislikes

All the seniors at the top level have no knowledge. The organisation culture is very very toxic.. the working environment was very very worst created by all the seniors. Favoratism on top level. Politics oh my god it's too much on high level. Never recommend.. such a worst company.. Don't go for the above good reviews, company forcefully created those reviews by there employees.
