.... No seriousness related technology even though they are particularly in edtech. Except for week off their is no leaves even if you are sick and take day off they diduct your salary.

No salary on time since 2 years No appraisal in 3 years Gender discrimination ( female are treated well and paid well even if they don’t know the work)

...single thing to like. Not one pro of working there. pros are myths here though Salary not in time. you will get after 2 to 3 months.

First salary not in time, you will get after 2 to 3 months, worst management, every one is boss there, there is no concept of pl cl leaves, the work pressure is very high, you have seat till late night. no HR policy or nothing and lots of politics. Random person will came and assign the work, without the workflow or team hierarchy. Worst thing is, At the time of salary you have to justify your every month of work and time, if they are not satisfied then they will deduct some amount from your salary.

Everything. Management is worst, salary never on time, no company policies, no leaves, no incremen. Zero job security. They can send you on leave without pay, without giving any prior intimation. If you really want your career growth I strongly advise you not to get in this company.

Very light work environment. Teammates are good. No work pressure. Works goes on smoothly with team members.

Dislikes

Salary not on time, no salary or 25-30 percent deduction in salary during covid time. No increment, no cafeteria, no management, no coordination among the head persons, no salary slip, no travelling allowance. Lots of politics. Career growth is very slow.
