If you don't have any godfather or mother here forget that you can survive irrespective of how well you do or how well you think in favor of business. If you plan to join here be ready to risk your career, they do not have any good products false product pitching, no relevant selling, because the product is not there

Poor and Illiterate HR, Folks are hired at a depreciated package if they are joining from somewhere outside with fake promises of salary appraisal within a month or two by Prasanjit Mazumdar( so-called HR, who happened to be a sales guy). whereas if folks are hired as reference people they are offered 10 times better salaries with 0.5 times of experience Too much power in hands of very few poeple, no notice before anthing , no notice about performances directly removal from WhatsApp that is how you will be terminated do not just go into the organization if you are looking forward to a remote job, Following are the key reasons not to join them *FAKE PROMISES* *FEWER SALARIES* *INCOMPETETIVE MANAGERS* *NEPOTISM-BASED APPRAISALS* *FAVORITISM* *FAKE REFUND POLICIES* *POOR PRODUCT *FAKE PROMISES WHILE SELLING TO CUSTOMER *NO FUTURE

1)Salary is good according to work from home profile 2)Salary gets deposited on time

Dislikes

1) No work life balance even it is a work from home profile you need to work from 9AM to 11PM if you work in India region 2) You need to be active every time to pick sessions 3)No work life balance Saturday Sundays are compulsory work days also if you don't achieve target you are supposed to work in week off as a punishment 4) Product are overpriced parents directly get disinterested once they see pricing 5) No gain in skill set since it is a sales profile so you don't learn any skill here 6)Hardly people survive here for more than 3 months 7) Anytime they can terminate you 8) Managers are highly toxic it will affect your mental health after a point of time 9) Don't think of making your career here rather look for other jobs if you want to work seriously for a period of at least 1 year

First of all founders claim that they are from IIM but it never reflects in the management of company rarely people stay here more than 2 months in sales In this company if you don't get sales they threaten to mark your absent People are mentally harrashed here Various regions of company have closed so no vision too The product they sell is just a summer time course for kids and after some time schools will introduce such curriculum They claim that they can teach a grade 2 kid about stocks and entrepreneurship Overall if you want to feel how hell looks join education 10x

1-They will fire you on the last week of the month and not give you salary by applying some new rule 2- senior managers will only give salaries to their favourites 3- HRs will keep on blaming the processing system for salary and bright champs HR( which is their parent company), that they have not released their salary 4- Few people will work on a system salary without salary, and few will be terminated with salary in hand. I don't know what system is this. 5- Few people will be terminated from no salary no pip, and no prior notice. 6- Seniors manager shave high packages, 4 times of us do nothing just no closing help, no training, no follow-ups, nothing WhatsApp msgs to us. No lop for them. To justify their salary and their balance sheet they will mark us lop and even gulp our salaries 8- They will make you work on Rakhee, diwali, independence day, holi no week ooff even when you complete the target no rules of employees. No defined rules 9- Dont fall into loop of HR when they say work system is best here and no pressure. They might be correct but they can fire you without any notice, they will say you have signed OL which they will make you sign very wisely once you resign from another company and after 2 days of joining here. 10- Even people working here by achieving targets are very insecure here about job. 11- For more you can check Linkedin.
