If you plan to join here be ready to risk your career, they do not have any good products false product pitching, no relevant selling, because the product is not there

Poor and Illiterate HR, Folks are hired at a depreciated package if they are joining from somewhere outside with fake promises of salary appraisal within a month or two by Prasanjit Mazumdar( so-called HR, who happened to be a sales guy). whereas if folks are hired as reference people they are offered 10 times better salaries with 0.5 times of experience Too much power in hands of very few poeple, no notice before anthing , no notice about performances directly removal from WhatsApp that is how you will be terminated do not just go into the organization if you are looking forward to a remote job, Following are the key reasons not to join them *FAKE PROMISES* *FEWER SALARIES* *INCOMPETETIVE MANAGERS* *NEPOTISM-BASED APPRAISALS* *FAVORITISM* *FAKE REFUND POLICIES* *POOR PRODUCT *FAKE PROMISES WHILE SELLING TO CUSTOMER *NO FUTURE

1)Salary is good according to work from home profile 2)Salary gets deposited on time

Dislikes

1) No work life balance even it is a work from home profile you need to work from 9AM to 11PM if you work in India region 2) You need to be active every time to pick sessions 3)No work life balance Saturday Sundays are compulsory work days also if you don't achieve target you are supposed to work in week off as a punishment 4) Product are overpriced parents directly get disinterested once they see pricing 5) No gain in skill set since it is a sales profile so you don't learn any skill here 6)Hardly people survive here for more than 3 months 7) Anytime they can terminate you 8) Managers are highly toxic it will affect your mental health after a point of time 9) Don't think of making your career here rather look for other jobs if you want to work seriously for a period of at least 1 year

First of all founders claim that they are from IIM but it never reflects in the management of company rarely people stay here more than 2 months in sales In this company if you don't get sales they threaten to mark your absent People are mentally harrashed here Various regions of company have closed so no vision too The product they sell is just a summer time course for kids and after some time schools will introduce such curriculum They claim that they can teach a grade 2 kid about stocks and entrepreneurship Overall if you want to feel how hell looks join education 10x

Well it’s worst work experience and it’s online No Management nothing they gave pay of month hard work and Jaya Kapoor one person daily harassment people by her rude behaviour even I was exploited a lot and top management is very corrupt So don’t join her even by mistake👎🏻
