...re is no job security. They terminated all trainers during this covid situation. We are all unsatisfied with this company and there is salary pending also.

... time they didn't provide the certificates of students of November 2019 batches. And they promised the last month salary will credit within 45 days but now 120 days. Still this time no news about this. And the PF amount is not credited to my account.

Earlier salary was on time and WFH, that was the only things I liked.

...glish speaking, u can achieve any post regardless of ur knowledge n skills. 12. Now salary is not on time, they have asked half employees to resign. Not settling FnF after 8-10 months of resignation, some time 1 year also. Few employees didn't get fnf. 13. If u don't have job u can join this company to spoil ur life. 14. They always talk we r corporate but their leaders don't know the actual meaning of corporate. 15. Many genuine leaders left this organization because of one stubborn president. 16. Those who are not getting job in market are stick there.. 17.All in all, it's fake organization run by fake people's 18. There is no work life balance, ur managers will call u anytime between 9 am to 11 pm. If u want any other info just post here I'll clear all ur doubt.

The only thing I like is a credit of my salary on time. Managers are helpful. HR department is good.

Dislikes

No Job security. Even doing very good in last 2 quarters, they asked me to resign without any reason saying its a kind of lay off or business requirement. PF has not been credited regularly in last 5-6 months. Work timings are not fixed they can give classes any time between 7 AM -10 PM if you are working from home. Don't leave your existing job if you are getting a good salary already they will offer you salary now but later you may have to resign. There is no job security after being confirmed employee they asked me to put down papers.

No job security, no appreciation inspite of doing good, no perks and bonus, PF is still pending. No proper SOPs, different MSO policy. Inspite of work from home options for certain projects no adjustments are done for expectional cases.
