...e them appraisals. They will use you for a year but wont give you any appraisal. They will hold your salary for no reason and you will have to be for your own salary. Forget about appraisal, your salary will get delayed by 20/25 days coz management has decided so. HR- VP is changed every year coz no one is able to handle these many employee grievances. President of Operations is some guy from Finance whos leading HR & TA team. Very insensitive HR team. They do very unethical business practice. Vendors are not paid on time and they will come to the center and you will have to answer them. irate Ex - employees will come to the center and HR's doesn't answer the calls and you will be responsible to handle them. They promises learners that they will give them job assistance but please know this they don't have any market reputation they are providing customer care jobs with 12000 monthly salary. the entire market reputation is ruined and soon the company will be bankrupt

...s the money. So if you are planning to join then take as many leaves possible. They delay is paying salary ,FNF process takes months if not weeks to complete ,fnf not paid for many employees since 3 to 4 months . You wont get your PLI on time and will not be paid deliberately . Pf amount not paid since last 3 to 4 months .Form 16 is not given to all employees . No job security ,then will ask you to resign and hire cheap labour .if you are getting hired here do note that someone was fired from a higher salary and you are supposed to do the same work in a cheap rate. Your job is secured untill they find someone cheaper than you. There was a Sr Manager reporting to Ceo who was fired few months back ,they did not tell him and instead blocked his system and email remotely and thats it .Thats how unprofessional the company has become . This is because the company does not have an HR instead its run by accountants and the wild wild west. You can join and see for your self ,its funny as heck .

...urity: There is absolutely zero job security they can and will fire you anytime. 3) Frequent salary delays: It has become a habit of the company to delay the salaries when there is a payday and you are expecting your salary. The CEO of the company will appear in front of you and explain it to you that there will be salary delay(if you can't afford why do you hire) . 4)Fooling Students: If you are a student and reading this let mw tell you its a fake organization and will not provide any jobs. You will get only customer support opportunities. They don't have any tie-ups. Don't waste your money .

Earlier salary was on time and WFH, that was the only things I liked.

...glish speaking, u can achieve any post regardless of ur knowledge n skills. 12. Now salary is not on time, they have asked half employees to resign. Not settling FnF after 8-10 months of resignation, some time 1 year also. Few employees didn't get fnf. 13. If u don't have job u can join this company to spoil ur life. 14. They always talk we r corporate but their leaders don't know the actual meaning of corporate. 15. Many genuine leaders left this organization because of one stubborn president. 16. Those who are not getting job in market are stick there.. 17.All in all, it's fake organization run by fake people's 18. There is no work life balance, ur managers will call u anytime between 9 am to 11 pm. If u want any other info just post here I'll clear all ur doubt.

You will be provided with a laptop to work and a chair to sit and drinking water.

The company is in a very bad position. They don't have any money and still they are recruiting so they can use you for a month and wont pay your salary and you will leave the company by getting frustrated hence they get free employment. They are shutting down the office and allowing employees to work from home because they don't have money to pay for office rent. They will hold /delay your salary for no reason and they will inform you on the payday not even before. So on the payday you are expecting your salary but you get an email saying that your salary has been delayed and they don't even mention the date when it will get credited. Worst HR team very insensitive. The HR head is not stable because they cant handle so much employee grievances. They do unethical business practice as well they promise learners with job options and at the end they offer them customer care jobs with very very low salary. They are holding Ex- employee's F&F and they are coming at the center because HR is not answering the emails or texts and forget about calls no one will ever answer your call from HR team but if they call you and you don't answer it will be a straight escalation. You will have to deal with angry ex-employees asking for their rightfully earned money. Even about these reviews on platforms, they are conducting video calls and forcing employees to share screens and post a good comment and give good ratings. Do not join this company. A person with a CA background is designated as VP-HR and someone from Technical background is designated as AVP-HR and now imagine how they will lead HR team.
