As per my experience no training was provided.Career growth as a finacle developer is poor,career growth is low, salary and appraisal is less with no work life balance.

Dislikes

I did not like politics here,work environment, pressure of working and there is no job security.Even if you are doing good they have and will terminate one member from a team in every 6 months.

Great place to expand your knowledge. Lot of diverse teams and we get to see great cultural experiences. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is never there. Promotions are a dream. The half yearly bonus (which is a part of our annual pay) is not given fully. Lesser than 50% is only given. In some cases, much lesser.

1. good company culture. 2. Supportive management and less politics 3. Opportunity to learn via free Udemy memberships and trainings and certs.

1. Promotions and salary hike 2. Cross functional movement is difficult

Latest tech stack in most projects. Supportive team, wfh for most of people depending upon manager.

Slow to no growth. Not much challenge ing work after a certain point. Salary is very low compared to other product companies.

EdgeVerve is finacle banking solution product based company. You will have a good work life balance here. Some of the projects are in old technology but some got created in new technology.

Technology improvement to scale up the application. Please meet the market compensation standard.
