Dislikes

1. Salaries not on time and yet to receive a month's salary. No hike from 2 years 2. Too much work pressure 3. Majority of the team is already suffering from burnout. 4. Management doesn't care/understand developers. They just want to load more and more work on developers and get the work done by making developers overwork.

compensation - zero even if put hours out of standard time mentioned while joining work life balance - flush out the thought Covid Compensation - null, where other companies were providing furniture/food/partial electricity/internet allowances, ours asked us to install inverters "so that work goes on smoothly" without any regard to peoples' living conditions Learnings - absolutely at own expense, expect no help from the company Weekends - work continuously without getting weekends off for weeks, compensatory off is provided but again, should have time to claim it. Rewards/Appreciation/Team outing/Bonus/Food reimbursement - zero. get ready to work at 7days a week at ends with more than 12 hours sometime, mentally and physically exhausted without any form of appreciation or compensation. There is no concept of logging out, people will call/message any time of the day/night and expected to respond. This culture is normalised.

You are expected to do a lot. As there are very limited resources in each team. Each member is expected to be an entire team all on his own. This puts the work life balance to a toss. But for a budding engineers this has to be the environment to grow and become more proficient.
