Nothing much to say, 100% client driven organization and does not entertain employee concerns whatsoever.

Dislikes

...Visa sponsorship. 6. No Early joining bonus / Bonus segments in compensation. 7. No hike/increments. 8. Purposely miscommunication for Offer letter vs Employment contract (mandatory for UAE), once you are in UAE the offer letter that you might had accepted in the first place is of no use, only the details mentioned in employment contract counts. 9. 100% onsite work.

I have been working as a PMO consultant for the last 2 years and during this time I have got the opportunity to handle multiple accounts which were equally challenging and rewarding at the same time. The best part of being in this team is to learn a lot from my senior leadership how they manages the stakeholder, understands their expectations and work according to client's expectation. All these learning from the seniors have helped me shape my career and help me win the client appreciation.

I stared my journey with ECS almost 2 years ago as Oracle Technical Consultant. The work environment is very positive. Getting to work with good team and senior colleagues is an added advantage. I am given sufficient time to deliver my role on projects. The training sessions are very productive.

Like all companies, ECS also has its own set of issues. Some times the work load is heavy and there are times I have not much work. Sometimes my project demands working late into the night. Admin rules are strictly implemented.

I am a Salesforce professional and joined ECS a year ago and it was a big decision for me as it meant moving to a new city. The thing that touched me most about ECS is how they care about their employees. It's not just the colleagues in general but the senior management too gets involved in the small happy moments. The most innovative idea that caught my attention was a private group that goes by name Team Blue. This group of people celebrate each other's special moments, success, praise each other for everything that happens during the day and that makes the work environment very special. Immediately after joining ECS, I joined this group and this makes me feel a valuable part of the organization every single day, the leadership team often go beyond the professional mentoring; they genuinely care about our life and carrier. It made a real difference for me. I'm thankful for the opportunity here at ECS and excited to keep growing in this journey.
