I liked about my team mates and managers they were really helpful and good people to work with. Also I liked my process as there was lot of learning was involved which was really helpful.

Dislikes

Compensation is one of the major factor while working. As I have worked and sacrificed my weekends and holidays. Also there was no recognition and rewards that I have received during my tenure which actually demotivates people.

Work life balance is good, work pressure is low except some processes, good work environment.

Career growth is very slow, almost zero learning, repetitive kind of work, salary structure is not so great

This company is overall good as the environment is amazing vry , frndly atmosphere

if you are talking about the salary and promotion there is too much politics and no chances are of getting hike in salary and promotion.

The work culture is very positive and healthy, the management is also very professional and adopt a respectable approach when interacting or reviewing the performance as well as don't call out the junior members inappropriately
