Nothing to like about eclerx terrible organization with the terrible management the worst case is management/HR will hold your salary and you will definitely feel what the modern day slavery looks like Just fed up

Worst work culture I worked in, ever in my whole career. Management is not at all supportive. Unrealistic targets expected from employees. Expected to work in multiple processes and expect 100% quantity as well as quality.

Dislikes

Everything. Named as zero debt company. However no bonus not even sweets for diwali.

• Best company to start your career in the financial field as per your preference.

Dislikes

• Salary below market level. • No extra incentives despite overtime. • Work life balance is horrible. You will have to work for 12 hours straight to meet the deadline. • Management is like a nightmare. They hire APM from B-Schools with very little knowledge regarding the process and expect them to lead the team. The Reporting managers have attitude problems. • They promise to promote while leaving the job to retain the employees and fail to keep the promises blaming the HR for it.

Nothing too much of boss management and honestly if the company only wants to recruit freshers as they cannot pay higher salaries then dont post any advertisements on Naukri. Absolutely boss driven and politically corrupt organisation and the kind of people who are there are extremely stupid !
