EC-Council is one of the world leaders in providing top-class information security certifications including CEH, CTIA, ECSA, ECIH, CHFI, etc. The work pressure will be seasonal and overall the experience working in EC-Council is good. Every employee will have Immense scope of learning information security technology from basics to the advanced levels provided you are in R&D dept. Work culture in Sales, Marketing, Events, Customer Support, Admin, and Certification departments is also quite amazing and challenging. Free Lunch is provided by the company itself. Friendly nature of management is applaudable.

Dislikes

Work-life balance can be seasonally disturbed. Do not expect traveling, over-time work compensation, leave encashments, work from home, and stuff, however, you will be provided with a decent pay package and hikes as per industry and market standards. Do not expect exciting recreation events, however annual awards function is expectable. Health insurance covers only the individual and not family.

The work life balance is really good here. I get to grow and develop this sense of belonging for the company and also a chance to work with the talented and experienced persons of my field.

Dislikes

Even though everything is really good in the company but I believe the salary structure can get improved for the freshers.

The company provide with all kind of benefits. Salary is upto the mark as per the work. The shift timings are so flexible you can't ask more. The policies are really good.

Dislikes

According to me if you come to find out the dislikes there's always something faulty but here there's nothing as such major it is a good company to start the career and for growth.

Likes

Being a part of such a great organization has been a wonderful journey. The work culture of the company is really nice. Personally I have felt that the work I was doing would have become too much if I didn't have such a great team with me by my side.

Dislikes

I would say there's no as such drawback but the salary is average here.
