The Work environment was friendly, no delay in salary payment. Fixed week offs and national holidays were provided for employees relief of stress. Company benifits were very good.

Dislikes

Employees are very introvert and never open up, manager is not friendly with the employees. Manager is overwhelmed with the authority and responsibility that he is provided, train the manager to save the companies goodwill.

No job security...they have put employees on leave without pay for two months for costing cutting and they lied about the salary while joining..no hike, higher management is very rude and manner less

Salary, perks and office environment is very good. Daily routine can be balanced.

Type of work is same as usual and my suggestion is, must be some other things to be learnt daily so that our knowledge can be enriched

Almost everything They used to treat people as machines, you were not allowed to stand up from your seat without, you were not allowed to take breaks even for natural calls, it they deducted your points if you cross the total limit of breaks which was just 40 minutes out of 9 hours, you had to manage your breakfast lunch tea natural calls everything in just those 40 minutes And for 8 hours 20 minutes you should keep moving your mouse and pressing keys on the keyboard, if the system finds that either of these was not moved then it will Mark the time as unproductive time. Absolutely pathetic

Dislikes

Growth is slow, very difficult to get noticed for good things because most of the associates are hard working
