I am thrilled to be approaching month 1 at EC-Council! The interview process and onboarding have been seamless. most of all, I have a true sense of belonging to a great company. the culture and appreciation for work-life balance are the best I have seen in the company.

The best place to grow and learn. A good support system to execute ideas, where feedbacks are readily and openly accepted by peers and management too. I have built great relationships with my fellow co-workers, my manager has given me autonomy over my work and beliefs that I will effectively manage the region interested to me. the work we do here is meaningful.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.

I have just joined the company few days back and it has been a really life changing event for me as I moved in Noida from Bangalore and things are quite new for me but my colleagues and management are so kind and helpful.
