They consider employees as their puppets. Join only if u r ok with micromanagement as your sales skills won't matter here. U will be fired if they won't like your face. Indian managers are old school.purane chawal. Old leaders have no knowledge of management theories and funds. Indian leader is crushing everyone & moving without any direction. no work life balance. Expect meetings & management calls late evening. Too much of internal meetings. Every second you spent here you have to justify what have u done with it. Hardly any time to talk to customers and you will be trapped in the management politics.

There are no likes for this company(Indian) whereas Head quarters have best work culture and policies but Indian management is making it worst.

...balance. They get involved in our personal life during 1-1 meetings with ISM 4. They deduct salary for no valid reason.

The company provides its employees with 13 months of Salary. Great place to work. Provides opportunities to travel abroad and meet International team members. Training is provided in its HQ in the United States for many teams. If you achieve modest targets in the company specified category for two years, exotic vacation is provided. Salaries are great.

Honestly, there are no dislikes. It may not be a good place to work for people who are lazy, Gossip mongers, and difficult to move.

This is the worst company I’ve ever seen. HR are the real puppets of management and proper dictatorship is done. If they even don’t like your smile you’re fired. Here management don’t know what humanity is. There is a manager who needs a Life like seriously a big headache and is like proper society aunties and who herself screw her team. The boss is like it depends on mood. He will do whatever he want and don’t care what employee want. I must tell company is very good but there are only 2-3 ppl who has made the environment worst. Never join this company.
