I have had the privilege of working at Dyninno, and I can honestly say that it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company culture is one of the highlights of my time here. ...n largely positive. One aspect that I truly appreciate is the incentive program. Dyninno has a well-structured incentive system that recognizes and rewards employees for their hard work and achievements, though there is a room for improvement when it comes to the frequency and scale of salary appraisals. While I believe there is potential for more regular feedback and clear growth paths in terms of salary increments.

Nothing to dislike anything here and its just little bit of balance between work and personal life that is affected.

There is not much to like about the company nowadays but previously they have good people and culture was good overall in past things were there to learn as compared to today.

...tself in OJT or secondary rounds as they hire in bulk and fire in the same way.They only set your expectations high by providing you good salary and once someone leaves the organisation they will find very hard to get a job as they wont let you learn anything apart from sales.No knowledge is being provided as if they are training donkeys nowadays.Incentive is the one by which they build a report for the new employees by sharing the stats of years back and nowadays earning incentives is a very very tough task working with them as they put a certain bar on it and lead grading system.Job security is NIL.

...onderful and you can earn a lot if you have potential because there is no limit.The salary and incentives are credited on time.In shorts words Dyninno is great place to work.

Working in night shift and cafeteria
