The major dislike is the founder of the company. He is a mad man who knows nothing but he thinks that he is the most intelligent person in the entire world. He just knows how to humiliate a person. He just wants a** lickers around and not people who actually work. Disgusting place to work. Never join

The founder didnt have a vision and lacked people management skills. This thoughtless hiring and mass firing policy, and blame game attitude was enough to play with people's career.Even when the product wasnt market ready was asked to generate revenue was the biggest strategic failure of this organisation.
