...nded both rounds, Each round went around 1 Hr. and it was also very good. 4). Two days later I got a Call that I got selected for the profile then they asked my Salary slips and other documents to release the offer letter. 5). After two days I received the offer letter, Then I calculated/Reviewed all the offers I had in my hands and decided to join the Strauss and accepted the offer over the mail. 6) On the Joining day when I reached the company I tried calling all the related contacts I had at that time and (Boom💥) no one was responding. 7). After waiting couple of hours HR came to me and said that sorry (My Name) We have hired someone else for this profile. 8). I got shocked and couldn't do anything. Now I am jobless just because I decided to join Strauss. Rest is up to you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is nothing to like in the company as there is no policies at all.

There are lots of things that are to be dislike as management is like nothing, No policy, situational policy. They have nothing to do with concepts of SCM operations, two persons Are whole sole decision maker and of you disagree with any one them you have to leave the company then

Dynamic IT solution is very lousy company, because his owner is very dog type person, he is hire new employees and after one month fired without any reason, he's totally mental. i would say this to all the candidate, that they should not join this company.
