Need to improve system development a lot. Need to improve decision making to choose a person for the right place. Need to monitor everyone how effectively they are working for the organisation. No team work,No effective team Leader. All manager need to be strong technicaly.etc No effective kaizens are undertaking to improve the productivity.(all fake reasons) No proper meetings are undertaking to avoid rejection, production losses etc.

Freedom of work, Caring of employees especially in COVID time. Learn the things from base. Canteen facility.

Dislikes

Company will not recognize their good employees properly. Poor management of skilled engineers. Unwanted work pressure. Poor planning of work flow, which results in working up to late night.

It's too worrest working culture and no systamatic work and all workers ready to do any type of work...like managers also ready to do sweeper work
