They provide good Infrastructure, two way cabs, health care.

...thing if they want to hire you even if you don't know to communicate in English. The do not provide hikes based on merit, humongous pay gap between employees who are hired for same roles. Managers hire female candidates based on their face values and not skills and qualifications. The DXC's Internal management and team itself would not consider its employee for domain change, highly toxic, discriminative environment. Too many back door and side door entries and manipulation. An employee have to spend 28 to 36 months to get a promotion, such a huge loss of time and experience. I would not suggest any one to join DXC for Technical Support.

The company policies are very good and employee friendly. I am not sure about job security but i can assure you that if you are good at work then no one here to touch you. Work culture as of my project is very good but i heard it varies from project to project.

I dislike the policies related to appraisal and salary hike.

Its waste of time and no growing opurtunities, employes are leaving with fear of terminations and company also very terribile to work.

Everything waste of time to work they will use your effoerrs without correct pay and no apriciations or anyrhing.
