Work-life balance is nice over here. Flexibility is there however, it depends from project to project. Appreciation is always there as soon as you have worked hard and delivered successfully.

Dislikes

Could have worked on the compensation side otherwise, everything else is smooth over here. Health insurance is very very high. They have to look seriously at this matter.

DXC is really a good company to start your career and we have ample opportunity to grow here with good and supportive management. There is huge cafeteria for chilling where we have multiple brands like Domino's Pizza Hut etc...

DXC is not good pay master.

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

No promotions No salary appraisal or other benefits Politics in management within particular projects ( never received vouchers even after completing the training for ITIL and found that it was given to some people to whom they are interested)

If you just want to settle with only one company through out your life with same salary.Pleaae consider this as wonderful opportunity

If you want a job like government office(Job Security)go for it but not the payment bcoz they don't give appraisal.For 2years they haven't given a penny of hike.
