If you want to have a worklife balance, then DXC Technology is the best organization for you to join. There are a lot of learning opportunities available at DXC in the Finance team and the work culture is also very good and flexible.

Dislikes

The only thing DXC lacks is that they do not provide adequate hikes every year, so compensation-wise you will always feel undercompensated.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

I love working in DXC and the reason is I feel really happy when I go to office As the environment is really healthy what I have felt. In terms of hike and appraisal I felt it is very slow which is the demerit here otherwise work life balance is perfect .

The only drawback I would point out is that in terms of salary hike , getting recognized and appraisals which we are working for and looking for more and more to improve our knowledge and growth in the company. There is no budget for team party or team outing . There is no transition happening due to which international travels are not there.

The policies are never favorable for employees. Cost cutting is the major objective of the company, as a result of which they put the employees under pressure and do not give them a peaceful environment to work with.
