Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

For experience guys only one suggestion switch the company after completing one year no hike or no promotion in this company....... This office politics is >>>> Indian politics

Like the culture and how they equally treat everyone. DXC is Big MNC who is giving work from home and because of that every employee have opportunity to stay with there family

Salary and promotions are very slow in every 2 years once they will give. No extra benefits they are providing

2.5 year since i joined as fresher and I'm still on the same salary i joined as campus hire. The work and responsibilities kept increasing with time and the compensation is still exactly same.

Easy Leaves approval, work life balance, culture is good.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are poor. DXC don't pay well, employees are underpaid n never gives bonuses to there employees which are mentioned in there CTC. Even for basic rebursement of WiFi in pandemic, they hv so much formality n i feel they hv instructed managers not to approve expenses.
