3 CGI Group Lead Analyst Jobs

Provide L2 production support for banking payments applications.
Debug and troubleshoot Java-based applications in a Linux environment.
Perform health checks and proactively monitor system performance.
Use Dynatrace, LogScale, and OpenShift for monitoring and issue resolution.
Work with SQL/PLSQL to perform database queries and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain UNIX Shell scripts for automation and monitoring tasks.
Investigate and resolve incidents logged in ServiceNow within SLA timelines.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Support batch jobs and real-time transaction processing using Informatica.
Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

Required Skills:
Java Debugging Troubleshooting SQL/PLSQL for database queries and issue resolution Spring Boot application support experience Linux/Unix Commands Shell Scripting Experience with Dynatrace, LogScale, Informatica, OpenShift Hands-on experience in Production Support Exposure to ServiceNow for incident and problem management Experience in Banking Payments Systems
