I love work-life balance here at DXC Technology. Unlike other organisations it gives flexibility to employees and apart from compensation everything is good at DXC. Learning and skill development is amazing.

Compensation of DXC need to be worked on

Nothing except work life balance for some projects.

Dislikes

No job security, no hike for more than 2 years, cost cutting in everything, worst transport, too much work pressure, no employee benefits, no career growth, no learning, no onsite opportunities

Not happy with the Work culture, Policies and no benefits for employee

... poor, Policies & benefits are employee's friendly, Working hours got increased. Management is only concentrating only on cost cutting and not on employee welfare

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

Dislikes

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation
