Salary is very low compare to current market. There is no surity on hike. It's depend on so many policies. Even whether rataining high performance employees or not is not in hand of project manager. Management is worst. If any thing we ask they will say we can't give you guarantee. If you are going to join then get the satisfied salary confirmation first because, after one year you won't get deserved hike and also process of hike is too long and they are not giving any arrears for that process.

Always threaten to termination and PIP. 5. Even HR don't connect on time. 6. Not a proper trainer available. 7. Do not provide leaves always says-you are taking Unscheduled leave. 8. No one help when employee is on notice period. 9. Higer management always says to lower management don't take leaves. 10. THEY CAN FIRE EMPLOYEES ANY TIME WITHOUT ANY REASON 11. JOINING DXC WAS NIGHTMARE FOR ME STILL HAUNTS ME

I joined DXC Technology in 2022. NOT seen the hiring manager's face, Not seen reporting manager face, or HR face. All onboarding process takes place online. Only 1.4 years I Worked in DXC. Only WFH no hybrid model.

...ir English is damn BAD, Yet they are surviving in the Company how GOD knows. 4. I was hired for a senior role with a double-digit salary and thrown out of the company in just one and a half years. Very Bad culture, Very Bad management, and Very Bad company policy. 5. DXC in March was hit with an $8 million fine by the US Securities and Exchange Commission related to a solution provider making misleading disclosures related to its NON-GAAp financial performance between the years 2018 -2020. Mike Salvino CEO of the company brought disaster to the company resulting thrown out of the company last year 2023 Advice to IT professionals Mostly Experience. DXC is already sinking ship don't onboard. The company's Market value is already running on Fumes. So think 100's time before deciding to join DXC. I know and made a big mistake joining DXC without knowing or researching the company's background and current stand in the market. But I can Stop you for repeating the same mistake that I did.
