Likes

While it was Hewlett Packard, the company was one of the best in industry. Since the time it changes to DXC, it has become one of the worst organisation in industry. Moreover, the present management of DXC India is good for nothing and do not take any call for DXC’s growth. Being in the verge of retirement, they only prefer to pass next 3-4 years by making short-terms stop gap plans with no concrete long-term plan.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

so many dislikes are there. some of them are 1) worst pay 2) Worst promotion cycle 3) worst management 4) Too many internal politics, even higher managements knows that and no action taken and also supporting those politics 5) No Job security at all, especially if you are skilled.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave
