The company is totally support based rather than product based. They give you prior training on technologies which you will work in the projects. The company is not good for freshers. People have to support at 5 am in the morning and then work till evening with almost zero compensation/benefits. This is not your dream company, just one where your career would be still at zero if you do not like Mainframes/AS400. Lots of politics between management when it comes to hikes. Recently many projects have been closed down due to losses. Layoff happens every year again due to the same thing, losses. Few pros like you can have minimum work assigned to you at the start. During weekends also work is there since your team lead/manager will be busy in holidays and you have to fill up for him.

Dislikes

There is no proper growth in the organization. In some projects, training is also not given and freshers are directly thrown on support. You will not get hikes here even if you work hard and be on the top. The beautiful girl in your team would get the biggest appraisal and the bootlicker will be the second one. In short, hard work does not get rewarded here often.

No or very less increment in salary. Dont join it at low package Most of the projects are on old technologies.

no hike, no scope to grow, all you got to do is a lot of buttering.Unprofessional seniors. Very few professional seniors who r really willing to help you and guide you. So much of politics for not reason.

Learning - A dxc University is there in which u can log on and learn at your own. Other than this you can register for monthly virtual courses arranged by learning department. Work life balance totally depends on project.

...ng in DXC is like working in an Indian company, there is not behaving as an MNC.work culture is pathetic, without notice layoff in one day based on cost cutting cycle, too much of internal politics, people are not welcoming/accepting the change/ideas, they are not spending on branding and employee engagement activities, promotions we're once in 4-5 years that was also based on politics and performance, hikes we're once in 2-3 years. No work from home. No team outings.

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects
